We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a hassle-free return policy. If you’re not satisfied with your order, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date (except for final sale items).

Eligible for Return:

• Panels must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original packaging.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Not Eligible for Return:

• Panels that have been installed, drilled into, or cut/altered.
• Custom or modified sizes outside of standard offerings.
• Panels returned without original packaging or hardware.
• Damage due to improper installation or use.

Return Process:

1. Email info@advancedhurricanetech.com or call us to request a Return Authorization (RA).
2. Securely repackage the panel with all included components.
3. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective or incorrect.

Refunds:

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of return approval.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to AHT error.

Covered by the AHT Limited Warranty against defects in material and workmanship: 10 years on Black and Black/Tan fabric, 1 year on White fabric. Other parts follow the terms in the AHT Limited Warranty. Storm or impact damage, improper installation and normal wear are not covered.

At this time, shipping is only available within the US.

The delivery time varies based on destination. Delivery time ranges from 3 to 10 working days, depending on the shipping address.
