Eligible for Return:

• Panels must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original packaging.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Not Eligible for Return:

• Panels that have been installed, drilled into, or cut/altered.
• Custom or modified sizes outside of standard offerings.
• Panels returned without original packaging or hardware.
• Damage due to improper installation or use.

Return Process:

1. Email info@advancedhurricanetech.com or call us to request a Return Authorization (RA).
2. Securely repackage the panel with all included components.
3. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective or incorrect.

Refunds:

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of return approval.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to AHT error.

Comes with a 10-year limited warranty covering defects in material and workmanship.

• What’s Covered: Defects in the material, stitching, and included hardware.
• What’s Not Covered: Damage from improper installation, misuse, or exposure to conditions exceeding the product’s specifications.

To file a warranty claim, contact our customer support team with proof of purchase, product details, and photos of the issue.

Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 7 business day from our warehouse in Fort Myers, FL.

At this time, shipping is only available within the US.

The delivery time varies based on destination. Delivery time ranges from 3 to 10 working days, depending on the shipping address.
