AHT’s Accordion Shutters Just Got Better!

Our latest accordion shutter upgrade is a direct result of that commitment. After extensive testing, we’ve re-engineered key components to provide a smoother installation, better stacking, and improved overall functionality.

The Big Change: Improved Bushing Design

One of the most significant updates is the redesign of the bushing system. Previously, the bushing would make contact with the rainguard, reducing slack in the blades and making the shutters feel tighter when locked.

  • Solution: We eliminated the bushing contact with the rainguard, allowing the blades to extend further.
  • Result: Shutters now stack more efficiently, operate smoothly, and fit better when locked.
  • No More Adjustments: Dealers no longer need to modify or adjust for stacking inconsistencies. This fix standardizes all future builds.
